Q: How does payment work?

A: 70% is paid as soon as client confirm a trip and the remaining balance will be collected 7 Days prior to the Arrival Date. We will send an email upon confirmation phone call that will bring you to our payment screen to collect the 70%.

Q: What payment methods are accepeted?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q: What if I need to cancel? Do you offer refunds?

A: No refunds will be issued within 30 days from arrival date. Anything more than 30 days will be prorated and refunded after any fees to our accommadations and parks have been paid.
